Daughters of Warrior

Daughters of Warrior

“The Lord is a warrior; Yahweh is his name!” Exodus 15:3

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:”

‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

I Timothy 6:11‭-‬12 NKJV

I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:

1 Corinthians 9:26 KJV

Revelations 19:14 -  “And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.” Many many scholars of the Bible believe the armies in heaven are the saints.

God fights for us, but He also gives us tools to fight too.

 I’ve heard it said over and over, and I don’t have a better way to say it, so I’m going to use it here: God will do what you can’t, but He won’t do what you can.

So how do we fight? Spiritually.

If it’s a big enough problem for you to worry about, it’s big enough to pray about.

So be a fighter. When a situation arises in your life, ask God to show you what’s really going on spiritually.. Lay down the weights of the physical weapons (arguing, bitterness, strife, etc.) And fight with your spiritual weapons (prayer, fasting, consecration, reading His Word).

  1. What are you battling against right now? Doubts? Fears? Worries? Spiritual attacks? Depression? Anxiety?

  2. How are you fighting this battle?

  3. Which Basic Skill do you need to work on?

  4. Which one of these Special Ops makes you feel uncomfortable?

Isaiah 52:1-2

Awake, awake,

Put on your strength, O Zion;

Put on your beautiful garments,

O Jerusalem, the holy city;

For the uncircumcised and the unclean

Will no longer come into you.

Shake yourself from the dust, arise,

O captive Jerusalem;

Rid yourself of the chains around your neck,

O captive Daughter of Zion.
